Who We Are and What We Do
Our staff consists of two full-time licensed social workers, Shellie Lynn, LCSW and Wade Daniels, LCSW, with over 40 years of combined experience. Additionally, we have several part-time staff that are licensed counselors, as well. It is our commitment to serve our local rural community, as well as, surrounding communities.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Counseling is confidential because therapy is most effective when a client can be direct and honest with a counselor without fear that personal information will be divulged, HSO, Inc. does not release information about the client without written permission, except in the case of imminent danger to self or others, child/dependent abuse, court order, or where otherwise required by law.

Appointments may be made by calling the office at (985) 748-8411, or by coming in the office in person. Appointments will be scheduled as soon after the initial request as possible, depending on the urgency of the situation and staff availability. In most cases we can offer appointments within a week of the initial request.

HSO, Inc. is a privately owned counseling agency licensed with the State of Louisiana and Mississippi.
​
In general, we are available to discuss any important personal concern an individual may be facing and work with that individual to develop new ways of resolving the problem or managing the concern.
​
Clients are initially seen by an individual counselor. Continuing services, if needed, may be offered in the form of individual, couples, family or group meetings, depending on what best matches client's needs.
​
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most insurance plans, and cash/billing payment plans.
​
We work with you to accommodate your schedule.
